eve
the sky was darkening in the wake of the sun's departure, turning a lovely blue-violet that was decorated with a colorful celestial body. Eve stared at the being with an expression devoid of any emotion, wondering if it was some great, gleeful god skipping about the sky. Perhaps, perhaps not. It made no difference to her now. She padded onward across the frozen terrain, feeling for the first time the chill that occurred when one touched ice. A slight breeze ruffled her monochrome pelage, sending a shiver cascading down her spine. How odd it was to live within a true form. A herd of antelope grazed in the distance, though when one noticed her obvious encroachment, they all fled with a shrill bleat. "Hm." she rumbled as she watched them go.

And then the most curious sensation erupted in her paw. Neurological instincts sent the felid jerking backward, her jaw snapping toward the earth to see a rock decorated in striped hues monumental of its age jutting out in her path, a sharp side of it now gleaming with what? Blood, it must be. Though hers was much unlike the blood of those from Phesemos. It was so dark crimson it was nearly black, oddly sparkling where the fading light met its surface. Her large paw now throbbed with the beat of her heart, reminding her once more of her mortality. Her haunches folded as she sat back, examining the small wound with the same blank stare she had regarded the sky with. Ever so curiously, her tongue peeked out and lapped over the liquid, finding the flavor oddly delightful. It stirred something else within her. Something she knew automatically, though she had never felt it before. Hunger.

Fawn has only just woken up in this strange place a day ago, and already she has begun to travel around the landscape slowly. The notion that she didn't have a map sets in. I need to seek out a book and satchel from somewhere. The girl thinks to herself as she roams the snowy tundra.

It is a vast expanse of quiet frozen landscape, where the large, vibrant, and glowing lights dance against the ground. The sight was a mesmerizing display to admire.

Fawn was exploring, looking for something that might resemble a ruin of an old city, when the smell of copper and metal tickle her nose, interrupts what she is doing.. Blood. But who? Her head tilts curiously. Following the trail of the smell it will eventually lead her to another big cat.

She is just as beautiful as Fawn was- if not prettier. Her fur was well kept and clean, unlike the small cut she was smelling in the stranger's presence.

She keeps at least six wolf's tail lengths between them, just enough for a distance; but they can still hear one another easily. Hello, I am Fawn. Are you okay?  The lion inquires with a slow blink. I smelled blood so I came to investigate. she explains to the other. Can I help?, I am a healer? she asks, trying to peer at the wound.
