The spot where Caedwyn had torn the centipedes leg was squirting some sort of slimy green juice. He supposed it was bug-blood, but he had little time to examine it. "Take cover!" Caedwyn's attention was drawn over toward Eon moments before the ground began to shake and vibrate. Dust and debris began to fall from the ceiling as it shook. Caedwyn jumped to the side as a large pile of rocks toppled down on top of the centipede. It's body was partially pinned in the landslide. Perfect! "Good work. Lets finish it off!" Caedwyn growled with enthusiastic approval before he charged back in. He jumped on top of the rocks, using the terrain to block himself from being swiped by the insects body as it squirmed and thrashed around. For a moment he almost lost his footing. He knew the beast wouldn't stay trapped for long at this rate. He quickly looked for an opening, a spot between the chitinous body plates. With haste he lept down onto the bugs back and thrusted his claws down into the crease to claw an opening. The centipede screeched in rage and began to thrash harder. "I don't think so," Caedwyn snapped. His mouth bit downward, teeth gnawing at the creatures soft body in the opening he'd made with his paws. He pulled back, hoping to rip a piece of it out by force. --- Centipede is at 3/8 Strength: Caedwyn claws an opening between two hard segments of its body. Success: scratches deep into its flesh -1hp Fail: makes an opening with his claws, but its not very deep so no damage Strength: Caedwyn tries to rip out a piece of its flesh from its back -1HP Success: rips a piece out -1HP Fail: bites it but unable to rip a piece out (no damage, its just angry about it) Speech. |
edit: after dicerolls centipede is now at 1HP. Feel free to just finish it off (dont need to diceroll unless you really want to).
