Tall Trees
A redwood and sequoia forest of immense size. Enormous trees grow toward the sky with interlocking branches that become like roads up in the air. Like the trees, the creatures here are of unnatural, giant size and mysterious voices seem to echo through the trees.

Paws slowly padded through the wooded forest as a figure seemed to weave their way to and fro between the trees. Hues of purples, blues, pinks, and even golden stood out against the brown of the tree trunks and the lush green undergrowth. To any other who saw her from a distance, it was obvious she wasn’t from around here. Her magenta-hued eyes were filled with curiosity as she took in the trees and their size. Even a simple fern was at least as large as she was. It was astounding! Within the reaches of her invisible wakes radiated the scent of crisp pears, freshly bloomed wildflowers, and the sweetest honey from the hive. Not one of the scents seemed to overpower the others, but instead, they seemed to swirl and dance until they were combined into one singular scent.

For a moment, the she-wolf paused in her travels. How long had she been traversing this specific terrain? Her gaze tilted upwards as she tried to gauge the position of the sun, but alas not only did the trees block her view but beyond the leaves the sky was overcast. In fact, as she took in a deep breath she was able to smell the rich dampness of the earth beneath her. Her ears twitched as she could make out the faint rustling of the leaves as a peaceful drizzle of rain began to fall.

Everything was so calm here.

It was so different than what she had come from. Flashes of her past flooded her mind and fear tempted to grab hold of her as she tried to push her past away from her thoughts.

No...this is a new life.

She shook herself as if she hoped the thoughts of the past would fall to the ground. Then after a few more seconds, she decided to keep on pushing forward, unaware of her location.
