It had been a few weeks since she'd first landed upon the sandy shores, floating on a log and drifting with the currents all to find a string and makeshift hook. It had caused an avalanche of situations to occur. She'd remained on the island for some time. The island was plenty big enough after all to support her and Balthazar's presence easily enough. Plus, with Balthazar's ability to fly, should they need anything he was quickly able to secure it. Since she herself could not swim, she needed his help crossing back and forth to mainland. It was a chore, and she felt bad each time she asked him for help.
So, as a repayment, Reed was coming the beaches to find the perfect shells to fashion into beads for his excess hair. She was by no means an artisan, but she always tried, and that was what mattered, right? As she searched, she bounced along in a trot, tossing her head and stepping to the beat of her own tune that she sung.
"Summer loving had me a blast
Summer loving happened so fast
I met a girl crazy for me
Met a boy cute as can be
Summer days drifting away
To-ah! Oh, the summer nights"
As she sang unknown to Reed, her words twisted with magic. The inside of her muzzle glowed slightly without her realization, for she sang and danced with her eyes partially closed, too focused on her song and forgetting the purpose of her excursion. Around her radiated a feeling of happiness, and anyone who could hear her might feel it's effects seeping into them.
"Fuck" she suddenly heard someone say, stopping her mid-verse and mid-step. Her eyes looked outwards down the beach and along the shores there was a dark figure to far to make out into detail but close enough to identify that it was a wolf. A burly wolf at that, based on the thickness of the shape. Was it another wolf washed ashore from the wreckages? She could only hope so, for maybe they could help her piece together more of the puzzle.
Off towards the stranger she trotted to catch up to them, only to realize that they were bleeding and seemed to be injured in several places. "Hey sailor! You don't look like you're feelin' so good. Do you need some help?" While Reed herself was quite thick and burly for her size (and sex), this one topped the cake. They were huge! "You must be one heck of a swashbuckler for yer crew." Reed had zero medical training outside of bare minimum knowledge but she would try to help where she could. "I could fetch ya a drink maybe?"
Magic: Special - Siren Song
Reed is radiating a happy euphoric energy around her with her singing.
Success: Regne feels a sense of strange happiness inside her. Reed's music is pleasant to listen to even if the character would normally dislike the tune.
Failure: Regne feels nothing. The singing might even be terrible.
