Maureen was trotting up when she noticed the beetle like wolf snuggled against the tree. They looked so peaceful in the blanket of snow; their breath creating small vapors in front of their nose.
Maureen was not stupid by any means however and kept three tail lengths away from the slumbering canine. From where she stood there were no obvious signs of a struggle, or fight anywhere. "Hey, you there," Maureen barks, trying to get their attention.

Silence and more slumbering. Ugh great. Maureen groaned annoyed as her eyes would search for a near-by twig- a long one at that! She didn't want to get gripped by those pitchers that the creamy colored canine possessed.
Finally the canine found a long twig, placing it firmly in her jaws she aims to prod the sleeping canine, in hopes she would wake up. Maybe they knew what this place was-- her stomach growls in protest-- maybe this stanger could help her hunt something down. Maureen slowly attempts to poke the sleeping she wolf to get her attention.

Success: maureen prods Ida with the stock to get her attention! (You can decide how hard)
Fail: Maureen misses and stabs the dirt beside Ida!
